This Terms Supplement applies specifically to Momendots and should be read together with the Amberwake Global Terms of Use available at https://amberwake.com/terms.
The Amberwake Global Terms remain the umbrella terms for Amberwake-operated products. This supplement adds product-specific rules for Momendots, including accounts, private timeline content, acceptable use inside the product, and feature-specific expectations. If a Momendots-specific term conflicts with the Amberwake Global Terms for Momendots, this supplement prevails for that topic.
1. Scope of this supplement
This supplement governs Momendots-specific use of the Momendots site, sign-in flow, app interfaces, and related product functionality.
It complements the Amberwake Global Terms of Use and should be interpreted together with them.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account, device access, and authentication credentials used with Momendots.
You must provide accurate information where required for account creation, access, or product configuration.
3. Your Momendots content
You retain rights in the content you create and store in Momendots, including journal entries, timeline items, attachments, and organizational metadata, subject to the limited rights needed to operate the service.
You grant the rights reasonably necessary for Amberwake to host, process, secure, back up, and display that content to you within Momendots.
4. Private-by-default product model
Momendots is intended to function as a private timeline and reflection product rather than a public social network.
- Your content is not intended to be publicly visible by default.
- Any future sharing or export feature will be subject to the product controls made available for that feature.
- You should not assume that unpublished, preview, or unreleased features will remain available or operate in a particular way.
5. Acceptable use in Momendots
In addition to the Amberwake Global Terms, you may not use Momendots in ways that compromise product integrity, privacy, or safety.
- Do not attempt to access data, accounts, or timelines that are not yours.
- Do not misuse media uploads, sharing controls, or account features to violate the rights of others.
- Do not use Momendots to interfere with platform security, service reliability, or abuse protections.
6. Product evolution and limited-release features
Momendots may include experimental, preview, incomplete, or staged features, including views, media capabilities, sharing mechanics, and account management tools.
Amberwake may change, suspend, or remove such features at any time, especially where needed for product quality, safety, or legal compliance.
7. Deletion, recovery, and feature limitations
Momendots may evolve its account deletion, export, retention, and recovery flows over time. Where those flows are not yet available or are partially implemented, access and recovery may be limited by the current state of the product.
Amberwake may document additional Momendots-specific operational rules for deletion, recovery, or backups as those capabilities mature.
8. Additional product-specific rules
If Momendots later introduces subscriptions, paid features, community behavior rules, moderation flows, creator interactions, or product-specific artifact sharing, additional terms may be added to this supplement or published alongside it.
